Hi, my name is Craig Petitt and I want to help you find your new home.  The reason for this page on my web site is to let you know who I am and about my family and core values. I personally like to know who I am working with when comes to something as important as a home purchase and I'm sure you would too.

I have lived in Louisville, Kentucky for most of my life, with the exception of the time I served in the Army. I spent six years on active duty dedicated to the defense of America and an additional two years in the reserves. I am a veteran of the first Gulf War and, during the course of my service, was stationed in Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Fort Knox and Fort Devens. My military experience instilled in me several values that I still live by today.

The first of these is DUTY. What this means, is bottom line I work for you. Whether you are buying a new home or need to sell the home you live in now. I am there to make sure that the job is done right. I have experienced building homes as well as selling them. I have worked around builders and new construction for over 10 years and I love it. I have developed a working relationship with many local  builders and general contractors. Should you choose to build a new home, it is my job as your real estate agent to work with the builder to ensure they live up to the promises they make to you and build the quality home you deserve.

The second of these values is HONOR.  There a precious few things more important in this life than your name and reputation. My promise to you is that I will never do anything to tarnish my image. I am licensed by the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Real Estate Commission and the National Association of Realtors and am required to follow a stringent code of ethics set forth by these organizations.

The third of these is COUNTRY. I love the United States and all that it stands for. When I think of my country, I think about my family, friends and neighbors who supported me while I was serving in the military. For isn't that what we fight for and defines who we are as a nation? As a real estate agent I am here to serve my family, friends and neighbors.

What these things mean to you is that I will strive hard and bring forth those values that are so near and dear to my heart. I will protect and represent your interests like I would those of my own family. Let me serve your family with the same dedication that I served this great nation.
