A.B.R. stands for
Accredited Buyer Representative. Only one Half percent of all
Realtors have this coveded Designation. That means out of 1
million realtors only 35,000 Realtors have taken the time and
done the nessacary academic work to complete this designation.
To attain this designation, a Real Estate practioner must
complete an extensive training program on Buyer Agency practices
and procedures, pass a written examination and submit evidence
of practical experience as a Buyer Representative.
Now
you, the Buyer can have total representation in the Real Estate
transaction.
